Zien is from atheism background. She became Christian when she studied in United States. While influenced by brothers & sisters, she became interested in cultural diversity. After graduation, she studied in Reformed Theological Seminary. Her vision is to work with the unreached people. She mainly worked among Chinese international students when in United States. She once visited mission fields in Southeast Asia and saw the need of Thai so she decided to go to Thailand as missionary.
