Nelson became Christian since 80's. He learned a lot about mission from church and had the chance to serve in this area. He joined almost every short term mission trip since 1996, countries in Asia, Africa and America. These experiences stimulate his vision to be a missionary. God saved his life during an accident in 1997. While he sees God's grace and blessing, his desire in full time serving God raised after much prayer, searching and waiting. 

Yammy became Christian since 70's. She was attracted by God's love since then. She read a lot of materials about missions and wish to commit in this field. While she looked for God's guidance, she served in "The MV Doulos" between 1991 and1993. During these 2 years, she saw the need to preach the gospel, especially to Chinese overseas.

The two knew each other for 10 years and get married in 1999. In 2000, they had a clear vision from God in the fall camp with Romans 12:1-2. So they equipped themselves by studying night courses in Missionary Training College of Asia for a year. Then they quitted their jobs and studied full time in Alliance Bible Seminary.

After 4 years of study, they started to look for mission fields. God leads them to Central & South America. They went to visit Costa Rica in March, 2005 and they confirmed their visions from God during this visit. They are now serving in Costa Rica with other CCM missionaries.
